Florida In-Person Clinic, Events, and Telehealth Doctor (Jacksonville location)

Leafwell is looking for a Florida physician who would like to join the team and certify patients for medical cannabis. We are open to applications from healthcare providers who are located near Jacksonville, Florida and believe in cannabis as medicine. Due to current Florida regulations, you must be a MD or DO.

Increase Access

Our in-person Florida clinics and telemedicine platform allows everyone to receive the health care they need and deserve. Renewal patients are able to receive care from the comfort of their home where patients can speak to a physician and get certified online.

Increase Research

We are gathering real-world evidence (RWE) to understand better which cannabis products people are using and how effective they are – decipher which cannabinoids, terpenes, and flavonoids are best for which conditions. Check out our website to see some of our published studies!

Increase Knowledge

Leafwell’s healthcare professionals become armed with the resources they need to answer patients’ questions with accuracy and clarity – increasing trust and helping people understand why cannabis is medicine.

Increase Education

We are operational in nearly 40 states! Patients from all over the country can find out how and why they use cannabis and its effectiveness for their conditions.

Key responsibilities

• Meet with patients in-person at our Jacksonville, FL clinic
• Provide a high-quality and compassionate patient experience
• Be familiar with FL cannabis certification process, MMUR, and regulations
• Attend in-person events, as needed, that are held in Florida
• Be available on telehealth for renewal patients. Bonus if you are already licensed in multiple states and would like to see patients via telehealth on our platform!
• Work collaboratively with our in-house patient care team to deliver a great end to end patient experience
• Become part of Leafwell’s ongoing education and research programs, helping to further cannabis as medicine.
